Rookie Build Workshop

This past weekend some of the team attended the rookie build workshop at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids. They learned about mechanical and programming, getting to build their own catapult mechanism that eventually turned into a “baseball” robot that could hit things thrown at it by another catapult robot. They got to take home multiple tools for the workspace as they gear up for the upcoming season. Thanks to FIRST in Michigan for putting this event on!
